All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges, except for manufactured deficits, damaged items, or incorrect products received.
TO initiate a refund contact [email protected] and list the following information:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Reason for refund request
- Picture of damaged item or deficit.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].
